We are pleased to be able to offer this impressive set of females to Southdown enthusiasts. We have not sold any Southdown ewe lambs yet this year. We did that on purpose. We wanted to give these some time so you and I can get a better picture of what they really are. We wanted to get them fully and safely weaned, so we did not mess up their mother's udders. We work too hard to perpetuate good milking ewes to risk screwing that up for an early sale. We wanted shear them off so you could really see what you are buying. No one has gotten anything out of this group of ewe lambs. We did not take any sheep to Joliet and we not consigning any sheep to the National sale because we wanted to put all our best right here. These are our top Dec., January, and an elite Feb. ewe lamb.

Found this unique piece doing some internet shopping last fall. Lets give them something to talk about. "To be fair", his pedigree alone will do that. He is extended fronted and shaggy legged. His mass and muscle combined with his longer neck have made him popular with visitors to Sandwich. "That is what we appreciate about you."
